Refund policy

Unused or defective-on-arrival products can be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Used or previously installed products that remain in new condition may be returned within 30 days and will be refunded at 70% of the original purchase price.

Products that show signs of damage, wear, or abuse cannot be returned.

Individual parts found to be defective can be exchanged for equivalent replacements at the discretion of Twin Peaks Wilderness Company Ltd. for up to 1 year after delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover general wear, misuse, or external damage.

We do not provide a warranty for finishes, including powder coats. While Twin Peaks uses a high-quality local powder-coating service known for excellent uniformity and durability, too many external factors can affect the finish. As a result, we are unable to offer formal warranty coverage for powder-coated finishes.

Limitations of Liability

Twin Peaks Wilderness Company Ltd. will not be liable for any damages, including incidental or consequential damages, arising from the use or installation of our products. We strongly recommend professional installation to ensure safety and optimal performance.
